You do not need to be a super technical person for this online job as they want real people to review websites to see what people really think.

Im earning extra money two ways…

    1) Better and Tighter budgeting. Thats right saving a dollar is just as beneficial as making a dollar.

    2) I lend money to folks who would otherwise have trouble obtaining a loan. I know it sounds risky and well I suppose it is. But the secret is to take advantage of local and personal factors that don’t exist in typical loan agreements. for example I have a loan investment that is two weeks old and worth 2700 today that has already yielded or paid 400 and is secured by a car title. This loan cost me 2655 initially and should be paid off with in 10 weeks. so 12 weeks total. annually that is over a 50% return i think. I know the borrowers situation. what he does, how much he gets paid, and his overall intentions.

I use to think giving folks credit card consolidation loans at like 12-13 percent interest plus maybe a little processing fee would be a good idea but what I found out through researching the idea is that folks who take those loans often start out with the best intentions but end up eventually falling prey to the temptation to start spending money via the credit cards they just paid off wth a loan. before you know it they are in twice as much debt as before.

Just a quick question to help myself, and others, understand your math here. You state you have a loan valued at $2700 and that it cost you $2655. That makes it sound like you’re making $45 interest, which I know can’t be correct. To simplify everything, how much did you loan out to this person in total and what is the agreed amount to be paid back? Also, how do you handle the collateral situation without some type of escrow company involved? Lastly, with the very strict and very numerous regulations that surround all financial industries and the regulations on the instruments / products they sell and provide, is all of this above board, legally? I wouldn’t want to have to take someone to small-claims court and then get burned because it wasn’t a legal transaction to begin with. Thanks for answering any of these that you can!

Like the list! I am trying out the UserTesting, I installed the program, but when it comes to record my sample video, it’s saying it doesn’t hear my sample recording. I don’t have an external microphone and am wondering if/where the internal microphone is on the computer? Sorry, I’m not tech savvy at all! Is there an internal microphone on the computer or do I need to get an external one and plug it in??

I know people always say that they can make extra money taking surveys, but I’ve never been successful with it. It seems I’m either not qualified for most of the surveys or I don’t actually get rewarded for the surveys I do take. Has anyone ever actually been successful with online survey taking? And how much can you actually make doing them!?

This is a really great list! Thanks so much for sharing! I also wanted to add that you can make money on zazzle.com if you have any graphic design skills or any funny sayings you can make tshirts and other products and post them for sale there. I’ve been doing it for maybe 4 years or so and I’ve made about $33,000 over that time period. Thanks again!

Nice work on this series, Pete and staff. Obviously you’ve engaged the readers and are “getting the juices flowing”. Once thing I struggle with is picking an idea and sticking to it. I guess you can use a combination of things, but I struggle with prioritizing my efforts. It would be good to explore methods for helping you prioritize and be consistent.

Hi Michelle, this message is coming from Nigeria. You are truly a rare gem and you are a godsend. I have been in a rut for months now battling with depression and trying to pick myself up and your blog inspired me to set up my own blog in order to share my story and my journey to recovery. I tell people about you a lot and about how you have changed my life. In just under a week that I resumed blogging I made $150/N50,000 all thanks to you. Thanks so much. I am your biggest fan in Nigeria. I hope I can somehow return the favor one day. Bless you.

Affiliate marketing and Internet side hustles are the new new of making money online and working from home while building up your financial net worth in secrecy. This is why I love the Internet because it provides a meaningful avenue for people to better their financial health.

Quite a comprehensive list.Let me quickly say that everyone needs to find out what he can do conveniently and not necessarily following others because they are successful in a particular niche.I tried the blogging niche and struggled for years without making anything tangible until I ventured into affiliate marketing. Now my affiliate blog is earning passive income for me, though not yet a super earner.Try your hands on a few things until you are able to discover what works for you. Once discovered, stick with it and you are sure to make money from it.

It’s always a beautiful thing in my personal opinion when people discover virtually unlimited ways to make money online potentially 24 hours a day. We didn’t have this type of opportunity growing up. The internet wasn’t into full swing yet. And side hustling wasn’t completely in fruition.

Going forward, I’m so happy there’s unlimited ways of virtually to make money online 24 hours a day. Looking forward to sharing this post on the blog income reports forum and referring my readers to check out what you have to say. Love your blogs! 🙂

There are a lot of very interesting and fresh ideas in here. I didn’t know you could rent out your car and I wonder what are the areas where you can do this – will have to research it more. I also remembered I have some old books that are just sitting there so will probably sell some soon.

On another note, although this is not something that can make money fast, what is your opinion on cryptocurrencies? I think that if you invest 5-10% of your income and are ready to wait 2-3 years, you can make a good ROI. I would also invest in a few altcoins and not just in Bitcoin. Would buy new coins monthly and only invest money I am willing to lose and I am willing to wait on for profits.

Wow, the most comprehensive list I’ve seen! I must admit I’ve gathered tons of inspiration!

I try to teach my kids in this, two things that they are doing and are pretty good ideas for kids:– they sell their old toys in in front of grocery stores. Why not online? Because during the weekend, when many people shop, they sell a lot of toys super quickly, in just 2-3 hours. Also the price sensitivity of the people is pretty low, compared to when buying online.– they sell home made cookies, again the same tactics as with the old toys and the same factors that lead to a success – good price, a lot of cookies sold.

I enjoyed reading the article about 75 ways to make money, and I will be looking around your blog for more information. I also signed up for the free email blogging course. I am skeptical of these days about anything free that promises to help you earn money, but maybe this will be different! The little that I have read on here seems to be fullof sincerity!

Personally, I have recently used iVUEit. It’s an app where you get paid to go and take pictures of various properties and send them in. It’s legit, and they’re checking for how well the landscape is being kept up in most cases. The jobs pay from around seven or eight dollars per job up to about $20 is the most I’ve seen. It hasn’t been the best for me, but only because I live far away from any large metropolitan areas. I could resolve that by claiming a whole bunch of jobs in one area and just making it a day trip, but so far I haven’t had time to do that.

On a different note, was using IBOTTA for a while and I have accumulated over $70 on that. The only thing I don’t like is that you kind of have to go shopping on the app and pick out featured items before you go shopping so that’s very time-consuming.

Then I found Fetch! and I like it much better. You just take pictures of receipts and upload them; you get at least 25 points for each receipt that you upload and it automatically checks to see if you have something that’s worth extra. If an item is worth extra points, it can be worth up to 1000 or more points. I don’t do it as regularly as I could but I’ve been doing it for about a year and a half and I am up to 28,000 points. They pay you in gift cards, but they have gift cards anywhere from visa prepaid to Walmart to bed bath beyond and just about everything you can think of. 10,000 points equals a $10 gift card, 25,000 points equals a $25 gift card and so on.

Please excuse my punctuation and grammar in this post. I am usually very particular about those things, but I am kind of in a hurry right now.

Finding it hard to keep reading books? Here’s 7 tips to overcome it!

by Katherine A. Author

One of the brutal ironies of this covid-19 pandemic followed by lockdown scenario globally is “hours we all are saving” by not seeing our friends, work from home, strict No-No to cinemas, malls, and whatnot. Social media being the culprit, the majority of the time is swallowed by frustrating 24-hours news and updates.
So, how to beat the rock of “saved hours” by doing something productive yet beneficial?
Online book clubs and kindle ebooks are the best solutions that enhance your brain with knowledge and information. In this fast-paced chaos, it's quite hard to find calm and peace to read the book you love. You might have heard many people murmuring constantly:
“I am unable to get off the news and read. I find it too hard to include book reading in my routine.”
Are you facing the same problem?
If so, we’ve found something to help you out. Here, we are going to cover few tips that will help you cultivate your reading habit and get lost in a book for a while. So, let’s get started.
1) Analyze your habits to find the best read time
When did you enjoy reading the most? Was it early morning before everyone wakes up or in the late evening?
When did you enjoy endless reading sessions? Was it mid-week, weekend, or the beginning of the week?
Where do you find calm while reading? Was it a bedroom, backyard, or garden? Do you enjoy reading with a piping cup of coffee, a lip-smacking sandwich, or a refreshing green tea?
All you can do is just find an ideal place and time as close as possible and try to include them in your new reading regime.
2) Cultivate reading habits while commuting
One of the disadvantages of being shut in the house is unable to commute. But if your daily commute time to the office is between 30-50 minutes, commit the same traveling time to the office in reading. Though this idea may seem invalid for some, reading a book in the first place is an amazing start to the day. You will feel refreshed and stress-free.
3) Keep your phone away
One of the biggest advantages of isolation is the extra time you get to spend more time with your friends and family. No plans today? FaceTime your friends. No commuting to the office? Call your mother. But when you decide to invest your isolated time in reading, it's better to keep your phone away. Make sure your phone does not distract you with constant WhatsApp chats, colleagues' phone calls, and your favorite “FRIENDS” series notification.
4) Learn to switch between reading and listening
Certain books stop you from reading while there are books that you’d want to finish as early as possible. So, it’s better to combine two digital formats to make sure you don’t miss out on reading.
If you have a Kindle e-book subscription, you might be aware of the Whispersync for Voice feature. You can add an audiobook companion and with your kindle app, you can seamlessly switch between reading and listening to its audiobook version. You can start reading a book in the morning, listen to it while dropping kids to school, and read again at night before you sleep. Sounds convenient, isn’t it!
5) Subscribe to e-book online
If you find keeping a relationship with your books hard, try subscribing to e-books online. It would act as your motivational tool to help you keep reading each day. Unlimited Kindle e-books or Scribd are a few of the best platforms that give you unlimited access to millions of books across categories.
What’s more? These digital books offer much more than ebooks – graphic novels, audiobooks, comic books, popular magazines, and what not! This will make you glued to open your app and read something that refreshes and interests you.
6) Join a virtual book club
If you’re looking for a set of new reads, a virtual book club is a chance for people to gather and discuss their recent reads. Apart from reading books, it allows you to connect with like-minded people, participate in discussions and quizzes while keeping your current momentum going.
7) Develop 10 minutes reading habit
Lockdown has forced us to stay indoors with activities performed in one corner of the house. Have you taken those Instagram 21 days fitness challenges to exercise 10 minutes a day?
If those 10 minutes of workouts can be a part of your daily regime, then why not reading? Just add those 10 minutes of reading slot in your workout routine and see the wonders.
Conclusion
Cultivating a reading habit isn’t about investing a lot of time and effort, it’s more about following a daily routine to read books that calms your mind and rejuvenates you. Follow the above tips and give yourself 20 days reading challenge to cultivate a consistent reading habit.
