Your goal is to get people to sign-up to a website or to agree to recieve a newsletter and when they sign-up you get paid for it. The amount could be $1 dollar up to $5 dollars or more per person. Now with this type of referral marketing you don't have to get someone to buy anything in order to get paid, like you do with product reviews. Usually you will find this with PTC sites like Neobux or surveys.

Freelance work: With this type of work you will answer gigs found on the internet which will be requesting someone to write articles, or for someone to do computer code, translation or video creation.
